Dale has spent a lifetime advising CEO's around the world on thinking through strategy, board governance and human capital However, as a follower of Christ, Dale has always been motivated to counsel Christian leaders about the importance of aligning their calling as believers with their vocational commitment.

Dale Jones is the CEO of Magna Vista Partners, was Vice Chairman of Heidrich & Struggles, and more recently CEO of Diversified Search. In these executive roles, Dale serves on the Boards of Chick-Fil-A, Trilith Film Studios, The Special Olympics, Andrew Young Foundation and Trustee Emeritus of Morehouse College, his alma mater.
