Our Mission is to equip and build a community of leaders who integrate a Christ-centered faith into every area of life, inspiring God-honoring transformation in individuals, communities, and cities through the teachings of Jesus.

We are committed to equipping leaders because we believe that the quality of leadership in an organization or society makes the difference between success and failure. Our principles are based on a Christian worldview and readily transferable for today's marketplace. Our flagship program is the eight-month Lifework Leadership Class.
